How many guests in total can the house and courtyard sleep?
The house can sleep up to 30 guests in total

Would the house be described as luxurious?
We would say that the house is modest and pleasant but not luxurious

Is there a charge for additional guests?
The standard cost includes up to 18 guests, any additional guests are charged €100pp per stay

Where do the additional guests stay?
Additional guests can be accommodated in the 2 bedrooms above the bar and an additional Loft in the Courtyard

Can you tell me the room layout please?
Main house:
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed with en suite
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed with single bed and en suite.
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed with single bed and shared en suite.
Bedroom 5: 1 double bed
Bedroom 6: 1 double bed with en suite.

Courtyard building:
Bedroom 8: 1 double bed with en suite
Bedroom 9: 1 double bed with en suite

Where is the courtyard located?
The courtyard is located just beside the house – a very short walk – 20 seconds!

Where is the bar and karaoke machine located?
The bar and karaoke machine are located in the courtyard

Is there wi-fi?
Yes

Is the TV HDMI compatable?
Yes – instructions are available in the house

Do you have a cot?
We have 1 cot available in the house

Can you bring pets?
No – sorry

Is smoking permitted?
Absolutely not

Where is the pool table and table tennis located?
They are both located an adjoining room beside the bar

Do you have access to the swimming pool in Grouse Lodge?
No

Can you book accommodation in Grouse Lodge?
Accommodation at Grouse Lodge is for recording artists in residence only

What time is check in?
Check-in is between 2-4pm Friday

What time is check out?
Check out is at your leisure on a Sundays but strictly 10am on Mondays

Are you open for the Christmas period?
We are closed for the Christmas period and reopen for New Years on December 29th

Can you provide additional blow up beds or can we bring them?
We cannot provide and do not permit blow up beds

Do you provide ice?
No

Do you provide towels and linen?
We provide linen and ask you to bring you own towels

Do you provide on site activities?
Please contact the office for a list of on and off site activities

How much is the deposit?
We require a deposit of €500 in order to confirm your dates

How can we pay our deposit?
Payment can be made via credit card, cash or bank transfer (bank transfer to be made in advance)

When does the balance have to be paid?
The balance has to be paid before or on the day of arrival

Can we put up decorations?
Yes you can but we ask you to not use celloptape or anything straight onto the painted walls.
